Western NC Real Estate + Real Life

I’m Juli Rogers, a native Western North Carolina Realtor helping buyers and sellers make confident moves in the mountains. From first homes to forever homes — and every cabin, cottage, or view lot in between — I guide clients through the process with honesty, heart, and local insight. Because finding home here isn’t just about real estate — it’s about embracing the mountain lifestyle that makes this place special.

Who We Are

We’re Juli and Travis Rogers, a husband-and-wife real estate team proud to call Haywood County home. I grew up just outside of Canton in the Cruso community, with the Great Smoky Mountains practically in my backyard. Travis, on the other hand, was a city boy from Waynesville. Our worlds collided back in 1997 and, against all odds, survived crossing the ultimate local rivalry lines—he was a proud Tuscola Mountaineer, and I, a loyal Pisgah Bear.

Over the years, we’ve built our life and raised our three boys here, where our roots run deep and our love for these mountains runs even deeper. To us, home is more than a place—it’s a feeling. It’s belonging, comfort, and that sense of peace when you finally pull into your own driveway.

Together, we bring nearly two decades of combined real estate experience—nine years for Juli and eight for Travis—along with a shared goal of earning our clients’ trust through honesty, communication, and results. Juli handles much of the client care, marketing, and negotiations, while Travis is the boots-on-the-ground half of our duo—walking properties, identifying ideal well and septic locations, studying driveways and foundations, and inspecting roofs, basements, and crawlspaces. We approach each transaction with the same integrity and attention to detail that we’d want for our own family.

When we’re not helping others find their place in the mountains, you’ll probably find us cheering on our boys at the ball field, planning our next Disney World adventure, or spending downtime at the beach—most recently along the Gulf Coast of Florida. But no matter where life takes us, there’s nothing like coming home to these mountains and remembering why we love living here.
